Shipping

We aim to get your products to you as soon as possible! We are pleased to be able to offer affordable domestic shipping in the U.S. via USPS for most items.  

We process and ship orders Tuesday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary but most orders ship within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. An email with tracking number will be sent after the order has been shipped. The cost of shipping will not be refunded in case of returns or exchanges. Please do not hesitate to contact regarding any special shipping requests or changes that need to be made.

In some cases, your order may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be contacted with shipping or cancelation options if this occurs. 

Small Fry Kauai is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies such as USPS.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason before it departs our store, and will contact you for refund options if your order is affected in this way.

 

Local In-Store Pick Up

If you live on Kauai, we have an option during checkout to pick up your order in our store. Simply select this option at check out and come pick up your package in-store during business hours. Orders will be ready for pick up approximately 1-2 hours after order is placed, usually much faster. You will receive an email or text when order is ready to be picked up.

 

What is the return policy?

In-Store Purchases

If you would like to return something you bought from us in-store, you may do so with a receipt or order number within 14 days of purchase date for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.

 

Online Purchases

If we have sent you a defective item, or the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for a return to us. We will refund to your original form of payment or send a replacement item as quickly as we can.

If the item you wish to return is not defective please email us for a return authorization within 5 days of delivery. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for a return to us. We will refund your item to your original form of payment as soon as we receive it. Item must be new and unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange or to adjust to a partial refund if we deem an item is not in its 100% original and/or resellable condition which may include damages to its packaging. 

 

Gifts

If you are a gift recipient with a gift receipt and need to make a return, you may exchange it or return it for store credit within 21 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact. Store credits issued on a gift receipt must be used within 30 days of return.

 

All sales are final for the following items, including but not limited to: swimwear, hair accessories, books, coloring books and posters, all pens, pencils, art supplies, stationery, stickers, party supplies, teepees, playhouses, furniture, select dolls and plush, display items, any item opened from its original packaging, and sale/clearance or discounted items. 

 

Is there a product guarantee?

In the event an item is found to be defective or damaged after purchase, please contact a store manager for inspection of the damage. We cannot guarantee a refund or credit for items discovered to be damaged after they have left our store.
