By purchasing through this private wholesale link, you agree to Small Fry Kauai's WHOLESALE TERMS:

1) Wholesale price for the MUSUBI DUDE PULL-TOY is $12 per unit (Hawaii state wholesale tax of 0.5%, or $0.06, is added to the product price). MSRP is $24 to $26 per unit. To remain consistent and avoid price gouging, retailers should honor a regular (non-sale) retail price of UP TO $26, which is the maximum allowable price for this item. SFK reserves the right to cease wholesale agreements with any retailer that does not abide by this pricing schedule. 

2) Any defects or damages to the item itself need to be documented with photos and reported to SFK within 10 days of receipt. We will do our best to ensure packaging remains intact and sellable; if you experience severe packaging defects (i.e. dents or rips to the toy's box) that you deem will affect the overall ability to sell the product, please document and report to SFK as soon as possible.  

3) Selling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, eBay, etc. are not allowed. Sale in your brick and mortar and on your own shop's website is allowed. 

4) Shipping is based on weight and zip code. As a point of reference, a full 16-unit box measures 15.5" X 10" X 11" and weighs approximately 9 lbs. This ships USPS Priority Mail to many Hawaii zip codes for $26.  Our shipping quotes and calculation is subject to change and provided as a point of reference.   

5) Minimum quantity for wholesale orders is 6 units. If your order is submitted with less than 6 units, it will be held or cancelled. Maximum quantity is 48 units per order. If you need more than 48 units, please contact Addy at hello@smallfrykauai.com.

6) We reserve the right to request a Reseller's Certificate for any establishment wanting to sell our products. 

7) A Hawaii state wholesale tax of 0.5% will be added to all wholesale orders.
